Cookie #1 - Indulgent Soft Brownie

The experience - soft rich brownie. the rich cocoa flavor, rounded with molasses and vanilla hits first, the creamy anko and coconut oil give the mouthfeel of American fudge, The chocolate chips give a boost of rich chocolate

How to enjoy - they are soft, breaking easily at room temp, very soft at summer temps.  They can be lightly toasted for 3 minutes at low temps to restore the crispy outside while making the inside softer. want a cool summer treat? Enjoy right out of the refrigerator, they are like fudge, rich and chewy. you can even eat them frozen with your favorite (vegan) ice cream!!  

Cookie #2 - Sweet and spicy Ginger

The experience - soft and chewy, sweet and spicy, umami-rich.  the chewy chucks of organic sweet candied ginger from Thailand and the famous spicy ginger powder from our local Toyo-Machi in Kumamoto, Japan's 2nd largest ginger producing area, have an addictive sweet and spicy balance. The umami-rich molasses from America round out the flavor and together with the Okinawan brown sugar make this cookie chewy.  Authentic Molasses is hard to find in Japan. Mosasses is all the flavor, minerals, nutrients that are removed from sugar cane when making white sugar.
