Our Mission: Indulgence Without Compromise
At Dream Cookies (KULA Venture G.K.), our mission is to bake the most delicious, rich American-style cookies in Japan—completely free from the top 28 allergens. After more than 200 recipe experiments combining innovation with premium ingredients from Kyushu, we have crafted cookies that everyone can safely enjoy together, regardless of food sensitivities.
The Monitor Program
To validate our recipes for our first three signature flavors—Indulgent Brownie, Sweet and Spicy Ginger, and Classic Shortbread—we are launching a limited sample program for food lovers. Because food safety is deeply personal to us, we want to be entirely transparent about our current kitchen setup:
What We Do

Zero Allergen Inputs: We strictly exclude all 28 major Japanese-tracked allergens from our recipes.

Dedicated Equipment and Supplies: All raw ingredients are processed using our own dedicated, allergen-free equipment and supplies, but are prepared and baked in a shared kitchen.

Shared Kitchen Pre-Wash: We operate out of an inspected, licensed commercial kitchen where we are the primary users. Because it is part of an event space, it is occasionally used by catering companies that use allergens. Before our baking session begins, we follow a strict deep-cleaning protocol where we wash every surface, use our own separate sponges, cleaning supplies, and drying cloths, and steam-wash and dry the oven.

Personal Commitment: Larry lives with a wheat allergy and Kumiko lives with a dairy allergy. We maintain these extreme cleaning standards because we eat these cookies ourselves.
What We Do Not Do (Our Current Limits)

Shared Facility: The licensed kitchen we rent is a shared space used at other times of the year by a catering company.

No Institutional Certification: While we do our best, our pre-launch batches are not yet batch tested or formally certified by an independent third-party laboratory.
